1100°C Calcium Silicate Insulation Blocks for Cement Industry

Our 1100°C calcium silicate insulation blocks are specially designed for high temperature thermal insulation in the cement industry. Made from high-purity xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), these blocks provide excellent thermal stability and long service life under continuous high temperature conditions.

With low thermal conductivity and lightweight structure, the product effectively reduces heat loss and improves energy efficiency in cement kilns and related equipment. Even under extreme temperature conditions, the material maintains structural integrity with minimal shrinkage.

The product is non-asbestos, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly, making it a safe and reliable insulation solution for modern industrial applications.
