High Density Calcium Silicate Board 1020kg/m³ is a premium-grade insulation material specially developed for applications involving direct or indirect contact with molten aluminum.
With an ultra-dense xonotlite-based structure, this board provides exceptional mechanical strength, very low shrinkage, and excellent resistance to thermal shock and aluminum penetration. It maintains stable performance under high-temperature conditions up to 1000°C.
This product is widely used in aluminum melting furnaces, holding furnaces, launders, and other critical areas where contact with molten aluminum requires high reliability. It is non-asbestos, safe, and easy to machine into precise shapes.
