Our high density calcium silicate board (820kg/m³, N-17 grade) with Carbon Fibre is designed for high strength thermal insulation and structural applications up to 1000°C.

Manufactured using advanced xonotlite-based technology, this material offers an excellent balance of mechanical strength and thermal insulation performance. Compared with traditional insulation boards, it provides higher compressive strength and better dimensional stability under high temperature conditions.

With low thermal conductivity and minimal shrinkage, it is widely used in induction furnaces, aluminum processing, and high temperature industrial systems requiring both insulation and load-bearing capacity.

This product is asbestos-free, environmentally friendly, and suitable for precision machining into custom components.
