Our non-asbestos high density calcium silicate board (800kg/m³) is engineered for high strength structural insulation and high temperature applications up to 1050°C.

Unlike conventional materials made from xonotlite (CaO·SiO₂·5H₂O), this product adopts advanced dynamic synthesis technology to produce thin-fiber xonotlite (CaO·SiO₂·H₂O). This innovative structure provides lower thermal conductivity, higher durability, and longer service life.

With excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability, this board is not only suitable for insulation but also ideal for machining into precision components, molds, and high-temperature structural parts.

It is widely used in metallurgy, induction furnaces, petrochemical equipment, and industrial high-temperature systems.
