High temperature calcium silicate board is mainly composed of xonotlite (6CaO·6SiO₂·H₂O), which provides superior heat resistance compared with traditional calcium silicate insulation materials.
Each xonotlite crystal contains minimal crystal water. Even when exposed to temperatures beyond its limit, only a small amount of bound water is released, maintaining structural integrity without significant damage.
With excellent thermal insulation performance, high strength, and long service life, this product is widely used in industrial high-temperature and energy-saving applications.
